Returns

We want shopping with us to be simple and pleasant. If something doesn’t fit, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.*


Return conditions: 

  • the product must be in an undamaged condition with the tag,
  • we do not accept clothing with signs of use,
  • policy applies only to online orders 


Option 1 - InPost Quick Returns

Using this service costs twenty (20) PLN within Poland. This cost will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer after the return is accepted.

Remember to include the return form in the package – for download here, or it can be handwritten; remember to include this information: 

  • information that this is a Return 
  • order number,
  • name and size of the returned product
  • date of pickup and sending of the return package 

How to use the quick returns service?

1. Go to the websitewww.szybkiezwroty.pl, select our store from the list and fill out the form. 

2. You will receive an SMS with a code for the InPost Parcel Locker at the phone number you provided, valid for 72 hours (if you have the app, the code will be visible there). 

3. Prepare the return package – pack and secure the shipment. If you use the same box (we encourage being eco and zero waste!), remember to remove the old label. You don’t need to print any new label – when sending, use the generated return code, which you should write on the return package. 

4. Go to any InPost Parcel Locker 24/7 and send the package by entering the code. 


Option 2 - Traditional Return

1. Include the return form in the package for download here, or it can be handwritten; remember to include this information: 

  • information that this is a Return 
  • order number,
  • name and size of the returned product
  • date of pickup and sending of the return package

Attention! We do not pick up packages from InPost parcel lockers – the shipment must be delivered directly to the address above. 


Refund

  • we will refund the amount within 14 business days of receiving the package. 
  • if the return is rejected (e.g., missing tag, signs of use) - the package must be picked up at your own expense.

 

Returns in Physical Boutiques

In Boutiques we do not process refunds for in-store purchases. However, we can:

  • exchange the product for another size of the same model (if available),
  • exchange for another model of the same or higher value (with possible additional payment),
  • refund the amount to a gift card which you can use in the boutique.

Remember that the Product must not show signs of use and must have all tags intact.

Please note that in physical boutiques we do not exchange products, and also we do not accept returns of goods purchased in the online store.
