1. Newsletter Subscription

1.1. By subscribing to the She Is Sunday brand Newsletter, the User agrees to receive marketing, promotional information, as well as news and special offers via email.
1.2. Upon subscription, the User receives a one-time discount code for free delivery on their first purchase. The code cannot be reused if the order in which it was used is returned.
1.3. The code is sent to the provided email address and is valid for 7 days from the subscription date. The code cannot be combined with other promotions (unless otherwise stated).

2. Birthday Gift

2.1. Users who provide their email address and date of birth will receive a special 15% discount code for their birthday.
2.2. The code will be sent to the provided email address 2 days before the birthday (both in the domestic and international newsletter).
2.3. The birthday code is valid for 4 days from the date of sending.
2.4. To receive the birthday code, you must subscribe to the Newsletter at least 3 days before your birthday. Users who subscribe later (e.g., one day before) will receive a birthday card without a promotional code.
2.5. The birthday code is one-time use and cannot be reused if the order in which it was used is returned.

3. Personal Data

3.1. Personal data provided when subscribing to the Newsletter is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
3.2. The User has the right to unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the footer of each email.


4. Additional Information about the Newsletter Service

4.1. The Customer can use the Newsletter Service, which involves delivering content about the Seller, their offer, news, products, and brand. The Newsletter contains commercial and marketing information from the Seller.

4.2. To subscribe to the Newsletter, a valid email address must be provided in the form available in the Online Store or by checking the appropriate box in the registration or order form.

4.3. The User is required to confirm the subscription to the Newsletter by clicking the confirmation link sent to the provided email address.

4.4. Providing an email address is necessary to provide the Newsletter service.

4.5. The Newsletter service is voluntary, free of charge, and provided only after subscription.

4.6. The Newsletter is sent periodically for an indefinite period until the Customer unsubscribes or the Seller ends the service.

4.7. The agreement for the Newsletter Service is concluded for an indefinite period and terminates when the Customer:
– sends a request to remove their email address from the Newsletter subscription

4.8. The Seller may discontinue the Newsletter service at any time after notifying subscribers in advance.
