RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY IN BOUTIQUES

Dear Customers!

We do not process refunds for in-store purchases at Boutiques.
However, we can:

  • exchange the product for a different size of the same model (if available),
  • exchange it for a different model of the same or higher value (with possible additional payment),
  • refund the amount to a gift card that you can use in the boutique.

Please remember that the product must not show signs of use and must have all tags attached.

Please note that in physical boutiques, we do not exchange products, and also we do not accept returns of goods purchased in the online store.
