However, if in an exceptional case the product is defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at ciao@sheissunday.com including the order number in the subject line. We will respond with support and provide the next steps. 


1) Please attach the complaint form (download the complaint form) and photos of the defect in your message.


2) Wait for a response. Our complaints department will promptly send a reply regarding the defect assessment based on the details provided. If necessary, we will ask you to send the complaint package to the address below.
