Terms and Conditions of the "ALL30" Promotional Campaign

§ 1

GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions define the rules of the promotional campaign called "ALL30" (hereinafter: "Promotion"), conducted in the online store operating at the address www.sheissunday.com (hereinafter: "Store") and in stationary boutiques.

The organizer of the Promotion is SHE IS SUNDAY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY based in Warsaw, at ul. Dynasy 4, 00-354 Warsaw, registered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000883829, NIP 7011036775, REGON 388230617, email address: ciao@sheissunday.com (hereinafter: "Organizer").

The promotion takes place in the online store www.sheissunday.com and in stationary boutiques and runs from November 20, 2025 to November 23, 2025 inclusive.

§ 2

PROMOTION RULES

The Promotion consists of granting a 30% discount on products available in the Store’s and stationary boutiques’ offer, excluding products from the latest “Love Story” collection.

The discount is applied after entering the discount code “ALL30” in the cart and its correct confirmation. The code is valid only during the Promotion period.

The Promotion covers all products except products from the “Love Story” collection, unless the Organizer decides otherwise in a separate notice on the Store’s website.

The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or loyalty programs valid in the Store, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The discount does not include delivery costs.

The number of products covered by the Promotion is limited to stock availability.

§ 3

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Products purchased as part of the Promotion are subject to return or exchange under the general terms specified in the Online Store Regulations and the regulations applicable in stationary boutiques.

In the case of returning part of the order, the granted discount will be proportionally canceled in relation to the returned products, and the refund will be made for the amount actually paid after applying the discount.

Terms and Conditions of the “Deal Of The Day” Promotional Campaign

§ 1

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of the promotional campaign called “Deal of the Day” (hereinafter: “Promotion”), conducted in the online store operating at www.sheissunday.com (hereinafter: “Store”), as well as in stationary boutiques.

  2. The organizer of the Promotion is SHE IS SUNDAY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY based in Warsaw, at Dynasy 4, 00-354 Warsaw, registered in the business register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000883829, NIP 7011036775, REGON 388230617, email address: ciao@sheissunday.com (hereinafter: the "Organizer").

  3. The promotion takes place exclusively in the online store www.sheissunday.com and runs from November 6, 2025 to November 9, 2025 inclusive.

§ 2

PROMOTION RULES

  1. The promotion consists of granting 25% discounts on selected product categories on specific days of the campaign, according to the schedule below:

    • November 6, 2025 – Longsleeves and T-shirts

    • November 7, 2025 – Sweatshirts

    • November 8, 2025 – Pants, shorts, and skirts

    • November 9, 2025 – Outerwear

  2. The discount will be applied automatically in the cart after adding products from the category covered by the promotion.

  3. The Promotion is valid only on the dates specified in the schedule and applies to products from the current category covered by the campaign.

  4. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or loyalty programs valid in the Store.

§ 3

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

  1. Products purchased as part of the Promotion are subject to return or exchange under the general terms specified in the Online Store Terms and Conditions.

  2. In case of a partial return of the order, the granted discount will be proportionally canceled for the returned products.

  3. Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted electronically to the address: ciao@sheissunday.com.

§ 4

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to end the Promotion early for important reasons, provided that the changes do not infringe on the rights acquired by Participants before their introduction.

  3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Online Store Terms and Conditions of www.sheissunday.com, Civil Code and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CASCADING PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

§ 1

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of the cascading promotional campaign (hereinafter: "Promotion") conducted in the online store operating at the address www.sheissunday.com (further: "Shop").

  2. The organizer of the promotion is SHE IS SUNDAY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY based in Warsaw, at ul. Dynasy 4, 00-354 Warsaw, registered in the business register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000883829, NIP 7011036775, REGON 388230617, email address: ciao@sheissunday.com (hereinafter: the "Organizer").

  3. The promotion takes place exclusively in the online store www.sheissunday.com and runs from November 12, 2025 to November 16, 2025 inclusive.

  4. The promotion applies exclusively to retail sales.

  5. The Promotion does not include gift cards, vouchers, services (including gift wrapping services), or other intangible products.

  6. The Promotion is not a game of chance, contest, or public promise within the meaning of the Civil Code.

§ 2

PROMOTION RULES

  1. The Promotion consists of granting a percentage discount depending on the number of products added to the cart during a single order:

    • 20% discount – when purchasing 1 product,

    • 30% discount – when purchasing 2 products,

    • 35% discount – when purchasing 3 products,

    • 40% discount – when purchasing 4 or more products.

  2. The discount is applied automatically in the cart after adding products covered by the Promotion.

  3. The Promotion covers all products available for sale in the online Store www.sheissunday.com during the Promotion period, while supplies last.

  4. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or loyalty programs valid in the Store.

  5. The discount is applied to the regular price of the products.

  6. The Organizer is not responsible for system errors, technical issues, or independent problems with the website's operation that may prevent or hinder participation in the Promotion.

§ 3

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

  1. Products purchased as part of the Promotion are subject to return or exchange under the general terms specified in the Online Store Regulations, subject to paragraph 2.

  2. Returns are only possible for the entire order covered by the Promotion. Partial returns of individual products from the order are not possible.

  3. In the case of returning the entire order, the Organizer will refund the amount paid by the Customer, including the applied discount.

  4. Detailed rules regarding complaint submission are available in the "Complaints and Returns" section of the Online Store.

  5. Complaints related to the course of the Promotion can be submitted electronically to the address: ciao@sheissunday.com.

§ 4

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion rules, shorten or extend it for important reasons, provided that the changes do not infringe on the rights acquired by participants before their introduction.

  3. These Terms and Conditions are the only binding document defining the rules of the promotional campaign. All advertising and informational materials are of a purely informational nature.

  4. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Online Store Regulations of www.sheissunday.com, Civil Code, and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
