PROMOTION TERMS: -50% FOR THE FIRST 40 CUSTOMERS

 

§1. General provisions

1. The organizer of the promotion is Ciao She is Sunday Store Sp. z o.o. 00-354 Warsaw, Dynasy 4 Street, VAT ID: 5253025122, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
   

2. The promotion applies exclusively in the new boutique of the She is Sunday in Krakow, at 18 Stradomska Street, Krakow,
   

3. The promotion takes place August 8, 2025on the boutique opening day.
   
   

§2. Promotion rules

1. The promotion consists of granting a discount of -50% on all products of the She is Sunday brand.
   

2. The promotion applies exclusively for the first 40 customerswho make a purchase on the opening day.
   

3. The discount does not apply to products from external brands (other than She is Sunday).
   

4. Customer order is determined by the time of purchase (based on receipt/invoice).
   

5. The promotion is valid until the limit of 40 customers is reached, no later than the boutique closing on 08.08.2025.
   
   

§3. Restrictions

1. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or discount codes.
   

2. The promotion applies only in the Physical Store, not the Online Store.
   

3. Each of the first 40 customers can use the promotion only once.
   
   

§4. Product return rules

1. Products purchased as part of the promotion can only be returned in-store at the boutique in Krakow, in accordance with the applicable Return Policy available in the store.
   

2. Returns are only possible upon presentation of a receipt or other proof of purchase.
