CONTEST RULES "DREAM CHRISTMAS GIFT"

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The organizer of the contest is She is Sunday Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (00-354), at ul. Dynasy 4, NIP: 5253025122, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
  2. The contest partner is Staw Otwarty (@staw_otwarty).
  3. The contest is held on the Instagram profile @sheissunday_.
  4. The contest is in no way sponsored, supported, or managed by Instagram.

§2. CONTEST DURATION

  1. The contest runs from 24.11.2025 to 01.12.2025 until 23:59.
  2. The results will be announced on 01.12.2025 in a comment under the contest post and in a story (Stories).

§3. PARTICIPATION RULES

  1. Any natural person of legal age with an active Instagram account may participate in the contest.
  2. To enter the contest, you must:
    1) Write in a comment under the post what the most beautiful gift you have given someone was and (if possible) tag that person,
    2) Tag the profile @sheissunday_ in the comment, (optionally) share the post in your story and tag @sheissunday_ and @staw_otwarty – to increase your chances.
  3. Each participant may add any number of comments, but each answer should be unique.

§4. PRIZES

  1. 1 grand prize will be awarded in the contest to the winner and a companion:
  2. From She is Sunday:
    – Santa Baby sweatshirt,
    – Śledzik Amore T-shirt.
  3. From Staw Otwarty:
    – Accommodation for two people at Staw Otwarty including sauna access.
  4. The winner will be selected by the Organizer and the contest Partner based on creativity, uniqueness, and originality of the answer.

§5. PRIZE COLLECTION

  1. The winner will be asked to contact via private message to arrange the details of prize collection and shipping.
  2. Failure to make contact within 5 days of the announcement of results will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.
  3. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items.

§6. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. By entering the contest, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude persons who do not meet the terms or violate fair play rules.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions for important reasons, which will be announced on the profile @sheissunday_.
  4. Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and sending prizes in accordance with She is Sunday's privacy policy.
