Contest Rules "She is Sunday x Yestersen"
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The organizer of the contest is She is Sunday Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (00-354), at Dynasy 4 Street, NIP: 5253025122, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
The partner of the contest is Yestersen.
The contest is held on the Instagram profile @sheissunday_.
The contest is in no way sponsored, supported, or managed by Instagram.
§2. DURATION OF THE CONTEST
The contest runs from December 3 to December 10 until 11:59 PM.
The results will be announced on December 11 under the contest post.
§3. PARTICIPATION RULES
Any natural person of legal age with an active Instagram account may participate in the contest.
To enter the contest, you must:
a) write in a comment a nostalgic memory of the most beautiful gift you have ever received,
b) tag the person who gave you that gift.
Each participant may add any number of comments, but each response must be unique.
§4. PRIZES
One main prize will be awarded in the contest, including:

the premiere Red merino sweater from She is Sunday,

a retro poster by Jakub Zasada from Yestersen.
The winner will be chosen by the Organizer based on creativity, authenticity, and the emotional character of the entry.
The results will be announced in a comment under the contest post on the Instagram profile @sheissunday_.
§5. PRIZE COLLECTION
The winner will be asked to contact via private message to arrange shipping or prize pickup details.
Failure to make contact within 5 days of the announcement of results will be considered a forfeiture of the prize and may result in selecting another person.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
§6. FINAL PROVISIONS
By entering the contest, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude persons who do not meet the terms or violate fair play rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms for important reasons, which will be announced on the @sheissunday_ profile.
Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and sending prizes, in accordance with She is Sunday's privacy policy.
