CONTEST RULES "RETRO VIBES – HISTORY FROM THE CLOSET"

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The organizer of the contest is She is Sunday Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw (00-354), ul. Dynasy 4, NIP: 5253025122, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

  2. The contest is held on the Instagram profile @sheissunday_.

  3. The contest is in no way sponsored, supported, or managed by Instagram.

  4. Instagram is not responsible for the organization or conduct of the contest.

§2. CONTEST DURATION

  1. The contest runs from the date of publication of the contest post until Sunday, 11.01.2026, 11:59 PM.

  2. The contest results will be announced on Monday, 12.01.2026 in a comment under the contest post on the @sheissunday_ profile.

§3. PARTICIPATION RULES

  1. Any natural person of legal age with an active Instagram account may participate in the contest.

  2. To participate in the contest, you must:
    a) answer the question in a comment under the contest post:
    "What is the oldest item in your wardrobe and what is its story?",
    b) the answer must be original, creative, and sentimental.

  3. Each participant may add any number of comments, but each answer should be unique.

  4. Participation in the contest is free and voluntary.

§4. PRIZE

  1. There will be 1 main prize awarded in the contest:
    - A "RETRO VIBES" T-SHIRT in mustard color.

  2. The winner will be selected by the Organizer based on creativity, originality, and emotional value of the answer.

  3. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other item.

§5. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS AND PRIZE COLLECTION

  1. The contest results will be announced in a comment under the contest post on the @sheissunday_ profile.

  2. The winner will be asked to contact via private message to arrange shipping details for the prize.

  3. Failure to make contact within 5 days of the announcement results in forfeiture of the prize.

§6. PERSONAL DATA

  1. Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and sending the prize.

  2. The data controller is She is Sunday Sp. z o.o.

  3. Data will not be shared with third parties and will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Organizer's privacy policy.

§7. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the rules or fair play principles.

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for important reasons, which will be announced on the @sheissunday_ profile.
