Contest Rules "Journeys of Inspiration with She is Sunday"

§1 General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the contest is the brand She is Sunday.

  2. The contest is held on the Instagram profile @sheissunday.

  3. The contest is not sponsored, supported, administered, or associated in any way with Instagram.

  4. Instagram is not responsible for the conduct of the contest.

  5. By participating in the contest, the participant releases Instagram from any liability related to the contest.

§2 Contest Duration

  1. The contest starts on March 9, 2026

  2. The contest runs until March 11, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

  3. The results will be announced on March 12, 2026 on the Instagram profile @sheissunday, before the launch of the brand's new drop.

§3 Participation Rules

  1. Any individual with an active Instagram account who is at least 18 years old may participate in the contest.

  2. To enter the contest, you must:

    • like the contest post,

    • answer the question in a comment under the post:
      "Which countries or regions inspire you the most and where do you find relaxation?"

  3. Each participant may submit one contest entry.

  4. Participants may share the contest post on their profile or in their story to inform others – this is not a requirement for participation.

§4 Prize

  1. There will be 2 winners selected in the contest.

  2. The prize consists of a set including:

    • a Sadie sweater in mint color from She is Sunday,

    • a package of Ptasie Mleczko.

  3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

§5 Winner Selection

  1. The winner will be chosen by a jury consisting of representatives of the brand She is Sunday.

  2. The decision will be based on creativity, originality, and the inspiring nature of the answer.

  3. The contest results will be published in a comment under the contest post or in a story on the profile @sheissunday.

  4. The winner will be asked to contact via private message to provide shipping details for the prize.

§6 Personal Data

  1. The winner's personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and sending the prize.

  2. The data controller is the contest organizer – the brand She is Sunday.

  3. The data will not be shared with third parties or used for other marketing purposes.

§7 Final Provisions

  1. Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms for important reasons, while informing participants about the changes.

  3. Matters not regulated by these terms shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Polish law.
