CONTEST RULES "Women's Day with She is Sunday"

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Organizer of the promotion is She is Sunday Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw (00-354), at ul. Dynasy 4, NIP: 5253025122, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."

  2. The promotion takes place in the Organizer's online store at www.sheissunday.com.

  3. The partner of the campaign (regarding cosmetic samples) is the BasicLab brand.

§2. PROMOTION DURATION

  1. The promotion runs from 06.03.2026 to 08.03.2026 until 23:59 or until the gift supplies mentioned in §4 run out.

§3. PARTICIPATION RULES

  1. Any individual making a purchase in the Organizer's online store during the promotion period can participate.

  2. The promotion includes three types of benefits, which are granted automatically upon meeting specific conditions.

§4. GIFTS WITH ORDERS

  1. BasicLab Samples: For the first 100 orders placed during the promotion, the Organizer will include a set of BasicLab cosmetic samples.

  2. She is Sunday Hair Scrunchie: For the first 300 orders placed during the promotion, the Organizer will include a hair scrunchie accessory.

  3. Gifts are granted in the order of paid orders. One Participant can receive only one gift set per order.

§5. DISCOUNT CODE FOR FUTURE PURCHASES

  1. Every Participant who makes purchases totaling over 500 zł (amount after applying any other discounts, but before shipping costs) between 6-8.03.2026 will receive a unique discount code worth -20%.

  2. The discount code will be sent by email to the address provided in the order after the promotional campaign ends.

  3. The discount code entitles you to a discount on future purchases in the sheissunday.com store.

  4. The discount code cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or sales available on the website at the time of its use.

§6. RETURNS AND GIFTS

  1. In case of withdrawal from the contract and return of goods that entitled the Participant to receive gifts (hair scrunchies or samples), the Participant is obliged to return the received gifts along with the returned goods.

§7. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. By joining the promotion, the Participant accepts these terms and conditions.

  2. Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and granting benefits in accordance with She is Sunday's privacy policy.

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion early in case the gift supplies run out.
