CONTEST RULES "COTTAGE HOUSE"

§1. General provisions

  1. The contest organizer is Ciao She is Sunday Store Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, ul. Dynasy 4, 00-354 Warsaw, NIP: 5253025122, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

  2. The contest takes place exclusively on the She is Sunday brand profile on Instagram: @sheissunday.

  3. The contest runs from August 18, 2025 to August 20, 2025, 5:00 PM. Results will be announced the same day at 8:00 PM on the Organizer's Instagram Stories.

§2. Contest rules

  1. To participate in the contest, the participant must:

    • under the contest post on the @she_is_sunday profile, answer the contest question: "What does the end of summer remind you of?",

    • share the contest post on their Instagram profile in a Story and tag @she_is_sunday.

  2. Each participant may submit any number of responses, but only one response per participant can win.

§3. Prize

  1. The prize in the contest is a TEA TIME T-shirt from the upcoming Cottage House collection.

  2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

  3. The Organizer covers the shipping costs of the prize within Poland.

§4. Winner selection

  1. From all entries, the Organizer will select one response that the She is Sunday brand jury likes the most.

  2. The winner will be announced in an Instagram Story on @she_is_sunday on August 20, 2025, at 8:00 PM.

  3. The winner is required to contact the Organizer via private message on Instagram within 3 days of the announcement of results to provide shipping details for the prize.

§5. Final provisions

  1. The contest is in no way sponsored, administered, or supported by Instagram, nor is it associated with it.

  2. Participation in the contest means acceptance of these regulations.

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the regulations during the contest, provided they do not worsen the participation conditions.
