"DREAM BUSINESS" CONTEST RULES

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The contest organizer is She is Sunday Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (00-354), at Dynasy 4 Street, NIP: 5253025122, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."

  2. Contest partners are the profiles: @spelniona.coach and @gosiasiedlik.

  3. The contest is held on the Instagram profile @sheissunday_.

  4. The contest is not sponsored, supported, or managed in any way by Instagram.

§2. CONTEST DURATION

  1. The contest runs from October 21, 2025, to October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

  2. Results will be announced on 02.11.2025 under the contest post.

§3. PARTICIPATION RULES

  1. Any natural person of legal age with an active Instagram account may participate in the contest.

  2. To participate in the contest, you must:
    a) In a comment under the post, write what your dream business looks like,
    b) Tag a person who might be inspired by the contest,
    c) (optional) share the post in your story and tag the profile @sheissunday_ – to increase your chances.

  3. Each participant may add any number of comments, but each response should be unique.

§4. PRIZES

  1. 3 main prizes will be awarded in the contest:

    • 1x iconic "Ciao Sunday" T-shirt,

    • 1x book "How to Create a Brand Strategy with ChatGPT and Succeed in Business".

  2. A total of 3 winners will be chosen.

  3. Winners will be selected by the Organizer and contest Partners based on creativity and originality of responses.

  4. Results will be announced in the Stories of the @sheissunday_, @spelniona.coach, and @gosiasiedlik profiles.

§5. PRIZE COLLECTION

  1. Winners will be asked to contact via private message to arrange prize shipping details.

  2. Lack of contact within 5 days of the announcement of results means forfeiture of the prize.

  3. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items.

§6. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. By joining the contest, the participant accepts these rules.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from participation those who do not meet the rules' conditions or violate fair play principles.

  3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the rules for important reasons, about which they will inform on the @sheissunday_ profile.

  4. Participants' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and sending prizes in accordance with She is Sunday's privacy policy.
