CONTEST RULES "ACTIVE WITH SIS"

§1. Contest Organizer

The organizer of the contest is Ciao She is Sunday Store Sp. z o.o., headquartered at ul. Dynasy 4, 00-354 Warsaw, NIP: 5253025122, operating an online store at: www.sheissunday.com.

§2. Name and Nature of the Contest

The contest “Active with SIS” is a one-time giveaway, rewarding the most engaged users of the community on the official She is Sunday Instagram profile on 05.10.2025.

§3. Contest Period

The first edition of the contest runs from 05.09.2025 to 05.10.2025.
The names of the three winners will be announced in stories on the official She is Sunday Instagram profile on 05.10.2025.

§4. Participation Rules

To participate in the contest, you must:

  • be an active member of the She is Sunday community,

  • comment, share, tag the brand, and engage in activities conducted on the brand’s social media profiles.

The organizer independently and subjectively selects three people who have shown the greatest engagement during the period.

§5. Prizes

In each edition of the contest, three prizes are awarded – surprise packages with an approximate gross value of 500 zł each. The contents of the packages are determined individually by the Organizer.

§6. Prize Collection

Winners will be asked to contact via private message to provide shipping details.
Failure to respond within 5 days of the announcement of results may result in forfeiture of the prize.

§7. Final Provisions

  1. The organizer reserves the right to change these rules, as well as to suspend or terminate the contest for important reasons.

  2. The contest is not sponsored, managed, or administered in any way by Instagram.

  3. Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these rules.
