CONTEST RULES "Valentine's Day with She is Sunday x Picky Pica"

 

§1. General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the contest is the brand She is Sunday in cooperation with the brand Picky Pica.

  2. The contest is held on the Instagram profiles @sheissunday and @pickypica.

  3. The contest is not sponsored, supported, or administered in any way by Instagram.

§2. Contest Duration

  1. The contest starts on February 1, 2026.

  2. The contest runs until February 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

  3. The results will be announced on February 5, 2026 on the Instagram profile @sheissunday.

§3. Participation Rules

  1. Any natural person who:

    • has an active Instagram account,

    • is at least 18 years old,

    • accepts these terms and conditions.

  2. To participate in the contest, you must:

    • follow the profiles @sheissunday and @pickypica,

    • like the contest post,

    • answer the question in a comment under the contest post:
      “What is your favorite romantic movie and why?”

  3. Each participant may add only one contest comment.

§4. Prizes

  1.  3 winners will be selected in the contest.

  2. Each winner will receive:

    • a LOVE sweatshirt from She is Sunday,

    • a jewelry set from Picky Pica.

  3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

§5. Winner Selection

  1. Winners will be chosen by a jury consisting of representatives from She is Sunday and Picky Pica.

  2. The decision will be based on creativity, originality, and sentimental value of the answers.

  3. The contest results will be announced under the contest post.

  4. Winners will be asked to contact via private message on Instagram to provide shipping details for the prize.

§6. Personal Data

  1. Winners' personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and sending prizes.
