Extended Return Policy

I. General provisions

  1. The organizer of the promotional campaign "Extended return period" (hereinafter: Promotion) is She is Sunday sp. z o.o., selling under the brand She is Sunday (hereinafter: Organizer).

  2. These terms and conditions (hereinafter: Terms and Conditions) define the rules of the Promotion involving the extension of the statutory return period for Goods.

  3. Unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions, capitalized terms have the meaning assigned to them in the online store regulations of sheissunday.com (hereinafter: Online Store Regulations).

II. Scope and duration of the Promotion

  1. The promotion applies only to orders placed in the Organizer's Online Store from January 1 to January 31 of the given year (hereinafter: Promotion Period).

  2. The promotion applies exclusively to purchases made by Consumers within the meaning of applicable law.

  3. The promotion does not cover purchases made in the Organizer's Stationary Stores, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.

III. Rules of the extended return

  1. As part of the Promotion, the Organizer extends the deadline for withdrawal from the sales contract of Goods purchased during the Promotion Period to 30 days from the date of receipt of the Order.

  2. To take advantage of the extended return period, the Customer is required to:

    • submit a withdrawal statement within 30 days,

    • return the Product in unchanged condition, without signs of use, with all tags and security features.

  3. The return of the Product is carried out under the conditions specified in the Online Store Terms and Conditions, subject to the extended period mentioned above.

  4. The Customer bears the cost of returning the Product, unless the Online Store Terms and Conditions state otherwise.

IV. Exclusions

  1. Excluded from the Promotion are:

    • gift cards and e-vouchers,

    • products made to the Customer's individual order,

    • products excluded from the right of withdrawal under the law.

  2. The promotion does not combine with other promotional actions regarding return policies, unless the Organizer explicitly states otherwise.

V. Final Provisions

  1. Refunds are made within the time frame and under the conditions specified in the Online Store Terms and Conditions, after positive verification of the returned Product.

  2. The data controller of Customers' personal data is the Organizer. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the privacy policy available on the Online Store website.

  3. The Terms and Conditions are available on the Organizer's Online Store website.

  4. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Online Store Terms and Conditions and applicable laws shall apply.

  5. The Terms and Conditions come into effect on the start date of the Promotion Period.
